Buckeye Appraising, Inc. (BA Inc) is a family-owned Real Estate Appraisal business based in Columbus, Ohio, founded in 2003.

The owners of BA Inc are faith-based and thus strive to maintain integrity in every aspect of the business. In fact, Buckeye Appraising is the first and only real estate appraisal company in Central Ohio to be honored by the Better Business Bureau as a recipient of the “Torch Award for Ethics”.  BA Inc has partnered with the BBB since 2004, maintaining an A+ rating in customer service.

Our business model is somewhat unique in that every appraisal report is peer-reviewed by a Certified Residential Appraiser.  This minimizes any potential errors and omissions, and helps increase the accuracy of our value estimates.

BA Inc serves parts of 7 Central Ohio counties, and we are FHA and VA approved.
